I bought tickets for my daughter for the Talor Swift concert. at the gate we were told the tickets were not valid.

We called Stubhub, waited on the phone line for a long time, answered all kinds of questions, finally they issued two new tickets, I waited for a long time, I never received tickets in my email. Fortunately, I asked them to send the email also to my daughter's email box, so after 10 minutes, she got it. By the time we got in and seated, one hour already passed. I asked for partial refund because we missed one hour concert.

they told me I had choice either get refund or choose to get replacement tickets, since I accepted getting new tickets, there is no any refund. Isn't it ridiculous, you bough the product, only half of them is usable, but you have to pay the full price?
