contacted customer service and they say they only guarantee that seats are together and starts with the lowest numbered seat. you can't pick the end of the row going to the middle so you don't have to walk by people the whole game.

bought five tickets now stuck in the middle of the row. seat geek tickets would of been $20.00 cheaper anyway on their website. they only offered to sell me the other 4 tickets then I would have to resell the other 4 middle seats. of course the they would get double the service fees by being sold twice.

good for them sucks for the consumers. they offer no help to the consumer only keep repeating their policy.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $65.

Preferred solution: want to be able to pick my seats while keeping the other not wanted seats together for others.

I didn't like: No flexability to to pick seats.
