SHOCKINGLY BAD SERVICE TICKETS NOT IN MY LOGIN WITH NO RECORD OF PURCHASE! I BOUGHT TICKETS FOR A CONCERT FOR MY FAMILY TO ATTEND.
HAVING PAID A LOT OF MONEY I WAS CONCERNED TO SEE THAT IN THE LOGIN THERE WAS NO RECORD OF MY PURCHASE AND NO RECORD OF MY TICKETS. CUSTOMER SERVICE WERE USELESS AND JUST CONTINUED TO FOB ME OFF THAT THEY HAD SENT ME AN EMAIL.NOT GOOD ENOUGH. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY GIVE TICKET PURCHASES A BAD NAME!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY!
This is just not good enough and what should be a fun lead up to the concert is now a worrying time that I have been ripped off! Not good enough!
