StubHub - Ripped Off
Bought 2 tix for Oakland A's game April 7th. Night before, friend had to cancel, so I posted 1 ticket to sell.
Because I used a pre-paid credit card (which I had always done in the past) Stub Hub took down listing and froze my account. Could not even access the other ticket to go to game myself. Total value of order was $90.23. Someone on Chat offered me coupon for same amount.
No, I want my cash back. Have an attorney friend, live in S.F. near Stub Hub corporate HQ.
I will hound them forever till I get my $$ back. Have been using Vividseats since Stub Hub website redesign disaster, no problems with them as yet after 22 purchases

StubHub will dodge you in every way possible to avoid paying you. When it comes to customer service, they are the polar opposite on Amazon.
The way I finally got resolution is to file a Better Business Bureau report online. They will say "no" through BBB multiple times in hopes that you don't respond. Because if you don't respond then their BBB rating will not be impacted.
But every time they respond, you just need to respond and state that their response/offer is unacceptable and you will accept nothing less than a cash refund. They will eventually cave to avoid having a lower BBB rating.
