StubHub - Waiting on tickets

I ordered my tickets in mid-October for the Orange Bowl and haven't received the ticket as of 12/04/2018. They sure didn't mind using my money and I still haven't gotten the tickets.

StubHub - Very disappointed

I purchased Spurs tickets for Monday against the 76ers. When I went to print my tickets it showed Chicago Bulls. The Spurs game was halfway through the third quarter. There’s no way I would do that. I called and got no help.

StubHub - The worst online experience for tickets imaginable

I bought tickets for a concert and was unable to locate or download the tickets upon purchase. The app required me to download a separate app - called flashseats - to try and find my tickets. If I want to re-sell my tickets for sale, I must then go back to the website to locate the tickets and try to list them. This process is a mess. The customer experience is completely unworkable. I recommend never using Stubhub.
