I understand why you are doing this. Stubhub has over $700 of my money for tickets I sold, buyer got tickets and stubhub got paid while I’m sitting here waiting to get paid for the tickets.

Horrible business practice and I’ll never use again. And I say this with utmost respect. If you are double cheating stubhub maybe that’s part of why we sellers aren’t getting paid. Maybe they have a cash flow problem.

Maybe it doesn’t effect the rest of us. All I want is to be paid fair and square. I’m not trying to get anything more than what is owed to me. Interesting trick but knowing my luck I’ll loose all my tickets and money.

This is a surprise romantic staycation for my husband.

I hope he’s surprised and loves it. Stubhub has ruined it for me!

Want to change account from deceased wife to me

I put the wrong email for my tickets

I put ail.com instead of aol.com and now I cant receive my tickets. I need someone to go in and correct the problem. I have my Order number if that helps.

Dissatisfied with response time

I bought tickets to an event that's happening on Sunday and i still haven't received the tickets even though they were promised earlier. Also, the hold time for customer service is ridiculous. Don't tell me to call back at a later time... like what time??? You'll still have to hold for 3 hours so what difference does it make when I call? I certainly can't wait on hold for 3 hours the day of the event, now can I?? Seems with the fees StubHub charges, they would be able to staff their customer service call center. I used to buy from StubHub ALL the time. Sad to say after this last fiasco, I will not be purchasing from there again.

I am locked out of my account and can’t log in to try to get to my tickets

I was trying to get to my tickets and stubhub is not working. You would think there would be a tech line. Very poor customer service. I believe it locked me out and there is no one to help me. My tickets may be lost.

Pay seller for ticket was in time

Never got back to me the seller reachered out to me and completed the transaction . Then they canc his payment and we spent hours to straight out . Oh still trying to get a hold of someone

MASSIVE INCOMPETENCE

Lost tickets

Stub hub is the WORST. I paid for tickets, never received them, now trying to get a refund and " they are too busy to answer the phone" I can't get anyone on the phone. So now I bought tickets that I don't have nor will I get a refund!!!

Frustrated seller/customer

I've had 3 seperate high end dollar sales on stubhub in the last 2 weeks and they have been "cancelled". Stubhub's policy says they do not cancel sales. Obviously they do. I am currently on hold to speak to someone and I've been holding for 3 hours and 42 minutes...yes during operating hours. I will be contacting the BBB.

User's recommendation: Strongly consider selling elsewhere until they get their "staff" back in the office in San Francisco.

No Refund

Accidently placed tickets for sale on Friday (first time to ever) Did not realize tix were posted until 60 seconds later when we were notified the tix were purchased. We immediately cancelled the sale as we did not have the tix...30 seconds later we received an alert from our bank that a purchase of $500 was just debited from our checking account. I spent three hours on the phone the next Monday pleading my case...I was not offered a refund. Only offered a payment plan, which would return my money and allow monthly payments. Was promised and email with the details. It has been over a week with no communication from Stubhub. They are crooks...Respectfully...Matthew Santos was on

Stub hub gave me a coupon For a cancelled concert, but the problem is that I can't use it because I'm from México and due to covid restrictions I can't entry to the US, but I've been trying to communicate with stub hub, but they don't answer the phone or emails.
