It's been 3 years and I'm still waiting for my refund for the tickets I bought in 2019 that I still have not received!!!! I'm very frustrated and will never recommend anyone to purchase tickets through this site if this is how you guys treat your customers when an event is canceled at no fault of a customer and yet the customer isn't able to get their money back.

No responsing at all. Phone, mail, nothing…

No response ehat is with my purchase order. I made it before 2 and half years, the event is on the day after tomorrow and i still dont know ehat is about my ticket

I went to the Christ Stapleton concert June 17 as I went on the stub hub website I had to pay for parking when I went to the concert I was told to park in general parking which is free. So I paid for parking for no reason. I would like my 237 dollars back, please.

Tickets I received were not the ones I ordered and paid for

The guy that sold the tickets to me (Steven) tried to pull a fast one. He advertised floor seats section E Row 40. After my purchase he sends me section E40 row 59 at the very top of the stadium!!! I called Stubhub which of course took a while to get through. Id say 15-20 min. I explained the situation and they were very helpful. They tried to contact the $hithead who sold me bogus seats and of course he wouldnt answer. Stubhub made it right! They gave me a $40 voucher and gave me even better floor seats to compensate me for the trouble. A+++ for STUBHUB!

Never received my tickets

StubHub - Never received my tickets
I have never received my tickets and leading up to the event, tried to contact customer service via email and the chatbox numerous times. I never heard back. on the concert day, I went to the venue to find out that my tickets were double sold and I was a victim of fraud. I reported this to the police and wrote it also to Stubhub to be reimbursed. I have not been reimbursed and did not even receive an apology. was the worst customer experience I had.

Financial loss and damage caused to me

I bought through you a pair of tickets for Eric Calfon's performance in Helsinki for 380 euros. It was written on your website that the performance will take place on June 17, 2002 at the "Hartwell Arena" in Helsinki. When I arrived at the venue on the date and time of the show the venue was closed. In my internet check I found out that the show was moved to another city in Finland. I came especially to the show and saw nothing and the money I paid went to *** Why not announce such a thing and what should I do now? Asks for an answer on this matter.

Late payment

I sold two tkts via Stubhub to a Steely Dan concert in Austin, TX on June 5. I'm still waiting for payment. I sold one tkt via GeekSeat to the same concert. I received payment from GeekSeat on June 6. Why does StubHub take so much longer? And why would I use StubHub in the future given this inexplicable discrepancy in processing time?

Failure to correctly list tickets for sale. Failed to correct misinformation. Omitted information. Failed to alert customers of problems.

I share Red Sox season ticket package - 4 seats, 81 games - for 36 years. Posted tickets for sale 6 days prior to a Red Sox game (2 listings of 2 tix each). StubHub omitted information - no row or seat numbers listed. Called to correct. Not corrected after 3 calls. Potential loss $200+ No advance warning from MLB or StubHub about site changes. This is a problem on other MLB teams' sites as well.

Unable to contact customer service/never received tickets

I have tried calling customer support via the number on their site and it keeps taking me to some free medical alert button. I bought tickets last week for a show. I was told they would be sent to me on the 14th of June . I still have no received them and the show is tomorrow 6/17/22. I am at a lost. I cannot afford to buy another set of tickets and cannot contact someone to find out what the issue is

My tickets were incorrectly sold. The phone number I was given is wrong

All my sales are for all 4 of my Hollywood bowl seats. Three were allowed to be sold. No one answers the phone.
