Paid for tickets over a month ago ,still waiting on tickets to be sent one day before event

Get tickets to customer in a more timely manner, and not have to go through a third party and expect customers to contact them regarding tickets when they were ordered through you (stubhub).

Bought the tickets in November and they over charged more than what's shown on the website. After multiple requests they found the technical glitch in conversion and offered to refund the difference. They had issues processing the refund in the difference for a few months and then they said they can only process full refund and asked me to buy tickets again. At this point I asked for full refund. Another 3 months gone by!! This issue is pending for more than 6months now and the event is on May10th and I still don't have the tickets or my money refunded.

I got an email Today saying the seller will not provide tickets to a U2 event I bought at stubhub for Friday (in less than 48 hours of the notice) 2 months ago. I bought airlines tickets , hotel, car ,etc..

just for that event. I was told the same day after the notice by customer support chat no to worry that They will get me substitute tickets , so didnt cancel my flight. I was told i would get them 24 hours before the event. I took a proactive approach to follow up before that just to be told that since the price went up.

i was only going to get reimbursed and a $200 voucher for the site. I dont care about the reimburse i wanted the experience. Now i have flight hotels car for nothing!!! what a joke of site and customer service.

I would pay the difference in price but wouldnt even offer me that. Ridiculous!

Why would i even want a voucher for their site.

For this to happen again and loose an experience?

I have the chat screens where i was assured would get replacement tickets!! ,

I feel totally Scammed!!!

I will seek advise on what to do as this is not right!!

Talk about screwing the consumer, in this day and age that our technology is at it's peek in terms of how consumers manage their lives. Having made a purchase recently on April15,2024 for the F1 Race in Miami scheduled May 4,2024.

I will admit there was an error on my part where I accidentally purchased a 3 day pass when in fact I was wanting a 1 day pass. I brought this to the attention of Customer Service immediately (3mins after my purchase) to find out, Talk about screwing the consumer, in this day and age that our technology is at it's peek in terms of how consumers manage their lives. Having made a purchase recently on April15,2024 for the F1 Race in Miami scheduled May 4,2024. I brought this to the attention of Customer Service immediately (3mins after my purchase) to find out, there is nothing we can do all sales are final and it's up to you to try and sell those tickets and hoping get your money back. WHAT A SCAM, in this millennium where technology keeps us in touch globally STUBHUB can't find it within themselves to go into my purchase profile and edit my purchase?. Really?, its evident that this is a MONEY GRAB SCHEME TO SUCK IN THE CONSUMER. BE AWARE, FIND ALERNATE MEANS OF TICKET PURCHASES FOLKS.

This company does not concern itself with it's consumers they take every means possible to not help you in anyway. Bare in mind that I was looking to edit my purchase not a refund of any sort, I end up making a second purchase as this was something my son really wanted to attend for his birthday.

So They fished me in twice, I know I'm the sucker in the end, but you should also take into consideration who the fisherman is behind the rod. AGAIN, DON'T USE THIS SITE MANY, MANY DISSATIFIED CONSUMERS i SHOULD HAVE PAID ATTENTION TO THE SIGNS

SO! Unsuspecting me, I bought tickets to a football game, NY Giants.

I WILL NEVER AGAIN go through their website!! (First of all, they never tell you that the order actually goes through Ticketmaster, not even a stubhub product then technically!?) Well, my fault, it ended up being the wrong game and I had to try and sell them!? Oh well, no biggy, right? WRONG!

I ended up getting a buyer faster than I expected, but lost $100 in the process!? Come the day of the game I get a call from Stubhub personally saying I needed to transfer the tickets before I was charged the full price of tickets because the buyer hasnt received them yet!! Now, I had thought it was done already!? However, because their website makes it almost impossible to navigate, I guess I missed somethingall in all the Main problem is that They have NO customer service number ANYWHERE to be found, I actually cant even remember where I finally found it!

If they had a customer service support team they wouldnt have these issues!?!?

Ok, again, no big deal..right? WRONG! I had the guy literally walk me through the entire process and I thought that was the end of it!?WRONG AGAIN!!!

When I called after the 5-7 day waiting period post venue, as thats their policy! This is when I was told that I never sent the tickets and the buyer never got them!?

Right then and there I corrected her and said I was personally walked through the process and I was informed the tickets had in fact been sold and transferred!! She said there was nothing they could do without some kind of proof!?!? So, I then had to provide all the documentation for the sale!? Well, Im now here 2 weeks after the venue I never attended and STILL havent received my payment!?!?

Do they care? NOPE! Is it their account thats in the negative now?

NOPE! Ultimately I will NEVER be using their services again!!!

Purchased tickets to the Rose Bowl the first day they went on sale thru StubHub. Bought multiple tickets together for this event & spent $7,800

For 9 seats together.

These were to be a Xmas gift. Last night received an email stating that our order was cancelled & we would get a refund. WTF?? CS stated the tickets werent available.

WTF?? How is this possible? Apparently StubHub sells tickets and if the owner wants to sell them to 3 separate parties at a higher rate thats ok. My seats are still available & now almost triple the price if I want to purchase them back.

The website clearly states that are purchase is guaranteed. It wasnt. Dont buy from StubHub during my call with Mary from CS StubHub made sure to reimburse my card so they wouldnt or couldnt honor my original purchase since the transaction was completed. They ruined my holiday surprise.

My daughter is a student at Bama & this was special and a once in life time opportunity for us to do as a family and StubHub is the Grinch that stole it. I called in hopes of CS honoring the guarantee they claim to have and find me seats or get mine back. I would expect at no charge to me and no inconvenience thats good cs. But not at StubHub, my phone call gave me bs apologies, zero care to me and only removing there involvement or wrong doing from a legal perspective.

My husband is an attorney and we will be perusing this further. There is a form available should CS not resolve your issue that is directed to the legal department at stub hub. I suggest not to fill that out as we will be addressing this directly so they cant cover there butts. How is it possible to sell tickets that you never had available to sell?

This company needs to be shut down. They are a fraud no different then the old days of selling fake tickets outside an event except at least those *** have the balls to stand in front of you , StubHub is just a huge Bully behind a computer have its minions doing there dirty work.. KARMA.

Bought tickets for the NBA Crossover at March 17th at Indiana convention Center. Everything was looking good since I received the tickets on the app and instructions to generate the bar code at am.ticketmaster but the site didnt work showing the bar codes and then my wife and I werent able to generate the bar codes at the Entry Line after waiting.

I purchased jessie murph tickets through stubhub, I didn't think I was going to make it so I relisted them, when I figured it all out I canceled the relisting but now I have no tickets bc it says relisted when i go to my listings it says I have none. I've emailed them and thanks to pissed consumers I know they decided to ignore my email, contacted someone through live chat and they had to ask for assistance and closed the chat, I really hope I'm not out 332 dollars.

Hello everyone,

My name is Tim Jaeger and I am reaching out to stubhub, because of a problem. I bought 4 tickets for the inter Miami game vs Red Bulls.

I sold these 4 tickets in 2 separate orders. After calling the stubhub support multiple times they told me everything is set and I need to wait now, so the buyer accepts the tickets.

This morning I woke up and the one E-Mail address, where the tickets were sent to was apparently wrong, even tho I asked the support many times if everything on my side is correct. The person on the phone, whos English wasnt good at all told me that I will get charged and CANNOT re-sell the ticket or DONT get the money back. One of these 2 options has to be an option.

Now I am sitting here on the costs of the tickets, which I dont have. Please help me to figure out the problem.

Hello. This is my 2nd attempt to request a refund for tickets I was unable to access for a Wisconsin- Illinois basketball game on March 2nd. The Order number is 52934****. On the day of the game both my wife and I tried multiple times to access these tickets without success. Double verification was needed and I requested a code at least a dozen times. Each time I entered the code I received the message that the code was invalid. I also attempted to call Stubhub however the wait time was over 1 hour. Finally, I gave up and purchased significantly worse seats from the box office.

Because stubhub has a 100% guarantee I would think a refund would be given due to the excessive effort on my part to fix the issue. Stubhubs failure to provide timely customer service via phone is also a legitimate reason for providing a full refund.

I called Stubhub the following Monday (March 4th) and respectfully and patiently explained my efforts to access the tickets and call customer service on the day of the game. The representative I spoke to was very professional and seemed to empathize with my issue.

I called back yesterday (almost a month later) and was informed that I will not be getting a refund because I downloaded the tickets in the weeks prior to the game. First off, I simply wanted to view the tickets prior to the game, ironically to avoid any issues the day of the game. It seems ridiculous that viewing the tickets prior to the game precludes me from accessing them later. Further, when I attempted to access the tickets on the days of the game, there was no message that the tickets had already been downloaded. Lastly, Im a long time Stubhub customer and always view the tickets prior to the event. This is the first time I was unable to access them the 2nd time.

Im also very disappointed that I had to call back to get this disturbing news and nobody had the courtesy or professionalism to contact me directly.

Im not one to make threats and have always tried to resolve differences on a professional level. However, if we cannot reach an agreement on this I will never use Stubhub again and will take to social media and publicly challenge and ridicule your 100% Guarantee promise.

My partner has low vision. It was 2:30 pm and he thought he was buying tickets for 1 pm the next day (May 19). StubHub sold tickets even though the performance was over halfway through. They wouldn't give us our money back. We lost almost $300.

DO NOT USE STUBHUB!! They let the seller by with selling the tickets on another platform for 4x the price.

The seats were midcourt, 9 rows from the floor. Their poor "replacement seats" were in the corners 15+ rows up. There were actually tickets in the row directly behind my original seats, but they would not offer them to me since the price had gone up since my original purchase. No compensation was offered for taking the corner seats.

I either had to accept these corner seats or not be able to attend the event. I spent 4+ hours on the phone dealing with these jokers. They do not stand behind the buyers in a fair way.

I'm shutting my account down today. Third time it's happened, and StubHub just does not care.
