I originally purchased my overprices tickets for Hamilton from Stub Hub. My situation had changed and I listed said tickets for Hamilton (LA).

I had been monitoring the prices. all week. I figured if no purchase, I would still use. I received an exorbitant charge on my debit card for replacement tickets.

They said they had a seller. I had been receiving notification form stub hub in my in box. The notification about the tickets went to my SPAM folder. As a first time user -- and last time user, this was ridiculous!

I called customer service (in the Caribbean) and was given the same story about replacement tickets. NOT happy with this service at all!!

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Monetary Loss: $392.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Tickets purchased and replaced, Email went to my spam, And all the time and money spent, Replacement policy and email sent was in spam.
