When and how will I get my refund on my St.louis Blues tickets I purchased and the get is cancelled.
StubHub is offering credit instead of a refund. Can I insist on cash?

Hi stubhub team, I’m reaching out regarding a ticket refund. I purchased 2 tickets to the tame impala show at [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA], 14th of March. And was unable to enter the show due to not receiving the tickets. As you can see below the tickets were sent, although since I purchased the tickets on my Apple ID account major issues with pulling up the barcode caused us to be rejected to enter the venue. Calling [PERSON_NAME] was not working while in the arena and we had no choice but to leave the event. Losing the experience of the show and almost $500 along with it. Please reach out for discussion of a refund for the tickets, thank you. After talking on the phone to a representative they claimed there was NOTHING in their power they can do to get my money back.. so in short .. You CANNOT
You likely won't get it back. I am considering filing suit against them. Three months of calls, lies, fake "escalations," etc. And they say there is nothing they can do. There is ALWAYS something you can do.
