Last-Minute Ticket Scam – Do Not Trust StubHub!

Absolutely terrible experience with StubHub. I bought tickets in advance, only to be told just hours before the event that the seller couldnt provide them.

They first offered alternative seats, then retracted that offer too, leaving me with nothing. Later, the seller came back with another offer, but the seats were not comparable to my original purchase. They even suggested I might get upper-level balcony seats, but it would take another hour to review and send themby which time the show would have already started. I was completely out of time, and the tickets offered were nowhere near the large section I originally paid for.
Customer service was completely unhelpful, blaming the seller and refusing to take responsibility.

They only offered a refund, but that doesnt make up for the stress, frustration, and ruined plans for me and my wife.

This last-minute cancellation is unacceptable and StubHub needs to stop misleading customers with their so-called FanProtect Guarantee. Avoid this company unless you want your night ruined!

Allow cancellation when tickets havent even been sent. Cost were 145 and suggested sales price $34.

What gives? Not able to sell at this time due to not having tickets.

Our money was taken for tickets that were issued and then cancelled and we are fighting through our bank to get it returned. Customer Service was NOT helpful

I called stub hub to get a refund of $278 for tickets I purchased for wicked- I cancelled them and requested a refund of $278 but they told me they couldn’t refund them but I had a year to use them -

I have recently become disabled and told them I would not be able to use the tickets in a year - they outright refused to give me a refund - as much as I would like to use them is a year - if is impossible as I am now disabled unfortunately- I my asked for a $178 refund and they refused- can you please help ne retrieve this money - I need it desperate- thank you

Said I had a minus on my account since last October, I knew nothing about it and there has never been any attempt to collect. They took it off my payment from the tickets they sold last week!! Seriously?? Very unhelpful customer service, rude person...Never again will I use Stub Hub!!

You web site stinks. When I try to verify phone number and email on Ticketmaster in order to transfer tickets, it's all over the place . Does t send code until 3 tries. You enter it and it won't verify it. Have to start all over. Terrible... You don't make it easy for us older folks. I've been trying for the past 3 weeks to get this done.
