Below is an example of how i got lost with stubhub customer service, no one at least wanted to call me and solve my issue
Hello Team,
Please note that the email i got to accept my ticket was from a website that does not work even when i uploaded the app still the same. As of now there is a buyer needs the ticket to be transferred to her however as per the below screenshot i am unable to access my ticket to transfer it to the buyer. please advise urgently as i got an email from Noreply@***.com clarifies that if i will not transfer the tickets today i will lose my money meanwhile it is stubhub issue since i did the payment in your website and the ticket provide website and app are not working, also since yesterday i am communicating with stubhub community but in vain.

Since they were sold.. They are terrible to deal with.

You can't get any decent customer service and phone reps are all foreign week struggle with the language... If you can get to one.

Ive purchased tickets Jan. 5th to Dallas Mavs VS Portland they confirmed tickets( but never got the tickets), it says tickets were sent to another email ( what email!

Crazy I know), then I order parking tickets which on picture seems close to the stadium(get there the parking on other side of interstate), so okay that too far went to a parking close to stadium paid $60(extra), so requested refund & received it in two days for the parking which was requested after game tickets. Now, Im still waiting on my game tickets on Jan. 23rd refund havent made it to my account. They say it takes 5-10 business days( Its pass that time frame) Im so over this company.

Terrible customer service they got attitude with me about my money. I will get my refund I dont care about any of thatAngryAngry

Can't print tickets

The absolute worst issue I have with Stubhub is the fact that there is NOBODY TO TALK TO!!!no customer service support!?!? I tried to sell my tickets, couldnt get help with that, then I ended up keep Ming them and now cant print them!???

WTF is the problem!?!?
Get a proper customer service representative and handle complaints like a quality company!!! Absolutely unacceptable!! As a Marine Corps veteran I expect a certain level of service and support that should be provided!!

This is a horrible business practice and they should be ashamed of themselves!!!

The poor service call rep (recipient of maybe some choice words) was literally not my problem. I was NOT going to argue or give her a hard time. So for what she was able to do, was great. My problem is/was that the Aerosmith tix that I purchased last June, was, at the time for me and my crazy spry 76 yr old mother in law. Since then she has broken her hip from which, in her "recovery" we have seen that THIS may be her downfall to (unfortunately) some kind of end. Though she had an Aersmith concert on her bucket list when she was 100%, she will likely, according to her recovery, NEVER see them. She will most likely be going to some sort of nursing/assisted living after this incident. NOT and fault of her own but as I have explained ... IF/WHEN Aerosmith again performs, whether tomorrow or 3 yrs from now, she could in NO WAY attend. I was assured by the original stub huscontact that we could get a refund. Subsequent calls, including and specifically this last one that I requested to speak with a supervisor (yes!!! A "Karen") I have been informed that since she is LITERALLY NOT DEAD!!!!! I can't get HER (she paid for them) money back. I think its TOTAL *** I am a very frequent concert go-er. I have bought many, many tix from you in my 50+ yrs and I am utterly, overly, riDICulously disappointed in your service. If I could find a friend who wasn't laughing at me for my mil spending almost $600 on tix to take over the bill, I definitely would ask them to cover the ticket to go. They wont. But bc this was one of the last things that my mil always wanted to do and though I thought was WAAAAAAAYYYYY too much money to spend, I obliged. Bc THATS what you do for aging family. So, NO she's not dead but she IS getting ready to possibly be in a nursing home and though I had total refund confirmation during my 1st call, Stub Hub LITERALLY needs my mil dead to give a refund. *** IN!!!!! SANE!!!

The company should give refunds for cancelled or postponed concerts. If their customer can't go to a different date do to being postponed. Instead they want you to sell the tickets because it was postponed. Then they don't even have a postponed date yet.
