Tickets never transferred they told us it’s a glitch in the system
We bought tickets for the World Cup game for Germany and Curaçao for 14th they told us due to a glitch in the system our tickets could not be transferred its almost game day and our tickets are still not available. We tried calling customer service several times and the call drops and we never hear back from them.

Issue unresolved
I did not receive my E-ticket, and I have emailed StubHub as well as communicated via chat and via a phone call. It has been several days since I contacted the company, and I still do not have my E tickets, valued at almost $700!!!

No the pieces of crap I had them sell my ticket for me which I paid $80 for it and when they sold I only got $6 for an $80 ticket they said I agreed to $6 I thought the $6 was for them selling my ticket for a fee for them to sell my ticket I didn't know that's all I was selling a ticket for was $6 they said if I had a new dad out of done it myself why would I sell an $80 ticket for $6 they're a rip off
I didn't get through so I still haven't gotten my money for the ticket that they're supposed to sell for me and I can't talk to anybody cuz it's all computerized crap be nice to be able to speak with somebody an actual human and it's really starting to make me mad because they owe me money for a ticket to pay sold for me

I keep calling to try to talk to somebody to talk me through how to download my tickets, and nobody's answering. Actually, sorry, the recording comes on, and then they disconnect me.
- This is very difficult to navigate
- So far there are no cons
Preferred solution: I need a phone number to call you and somebody to talk me through this. I keep trying and trying, and it just keeps disconnecting.

Extremely bad service
Bought tickets for a concert and were turned away because they refused to honor the tickets. We were unable to get resolution from your support, and we have lost hundreds of dollars. We are taking this matter to the bank and will file a BBB report at the very least.

They still have not refined my money for my tickets that they lost.
- - Tickets were lost after a representative told me to remove them from my wallet.
- - I was promised a refund or follow-up, but no contact after a week.
Bought tickets put them in my wallet and Stubhub representative told me to take them out of my wallet and they got lost still have not been refunded. They said a team will get back to me.
That was a week ago and Im still waiting for them to get back to me. Its just been a big hassle and a lot of frustration and I just want my money after they lost my tickets.

No tickets, no refund
- - Paid $1,661.59 for 2 FIFA World Cup tickets; no tickets or refund.
- - Support was unhelpful; login email didn't work; tickets never arrived.
SCAM - $1,661.59 paid, NO tickets, NO refund - Avoid StubHub for any tickets
DO NOT BUY TICKETS STUBHUB CANADA.
I bought 2 tickets for the FIFA World Cup. Total cost: $1,661.59 including their $422.31 fee.
I never received the tickets.
StubHub created an email for me to use on the FIFA website, but that email DID NOT WORK. It was impossible to log in.
I contacted StubHub several times. Most of the time it was useless AI chats. A couple of times I got a real agent, but they just repeated the same instructions and refused to listen that their email doesn't work.
Their final answer was "tickets will be available on game day."
I traveled to Seattle, paid for a hotel, and tried again - same story. No tickets. I could not get into the game. I bouth ticket in front of venue from some funs, paying extremely high price.
After the game I contacted them again.
They told me I am protected by their "FanProtect Guarantee" and to wait. Nobody ever contacted me.
After a couple more chats with live agents, they told me it's TOO LATE and they can't do anything, and then ENDED THE CHAT.
So I am out $1,661.59 + hotel + travel expenses, with no tickets and no refund.
This is completely unacceptable. Zero customer service, fake guarantee, and no accountability.
Order: 2 tickets for FIFA World Cup - $1,661.59
Result: No tickets, no refund.

Resolved: Transfer of tickets
Everything is fine; the problem was worked out. The chatbot worked with me to resolve the problem I was having.

Preferred solution: I am trying to transfer tickets. It said the tickets did not go through to cancel and retry. We are unable to locate where it allows me to cancel.

I did not receive the answer to when will my Wvu vs Virginia football tickets come to my phone??
I did not speak with anyone about this issue. It's not been resolved yet. I need to know when my tickets will arrive.
