Total rip off website. I purchased my tickets and received an email that a link to retrieve my tickets would be emailed to me. It never arrived. I tried contacting customer support 24 hrs before the event and never got a reply to anything. Not email, not im. Nothing. No response to a refund request. Nothing. Just a total rip off. Avoid avoid avoid. Unless you like throwing money away.

Extremely disappointed. Bought 3 tickets to go see Nutcracker at the Performing Arts Ctre in Toronto on December 23rd.

I took my 2 young granddaughters to see it. I booked online and paid $612.00 for the 3 tickets. I believed I was getting main floor seats and even those seats were very expensive for me.I told them we had amazing seats and Nanny spent the money for a special memory. When I received my tickets they showed $63.00 on each of them and I now was way up in the balcony.

Extremely disappointed for them not so much for me. Also, I paid in US dollars which I had know idea had happened. I have never used Stub hub and never heard of it. When I went online to purchase tickets I thought I was purchasing from the Performing Arts Centre.

I am 68 years old and not tech savvy.

I feel so totally scammed. I have nothing good to say about Stub hub and will spread this negative experience every chance I can.

Will not issue refund for canceled event

I purchased tickets for an event on 12/22/2023. The next day stubhub emailed me that the event was canceled and said I would have a credit on my account, but could request a refund. I requested a refund that same day. It has been over a month, with multiple communications with customer service and I have yet to get a refund. Each customer service representative tells me something different. I will Never use stubhub again and will make sure I inform everyone I know about how they do business.

I got tickets to jellyroll but my girlfriend wasn't feeling good. I looked to see if I was able to resale them if we cld t make it. I. Doing so I accidentally posted them and within minutes they were sold which StubHub took a big chunk of. I canceled the sale because I did it on accident and went to the concert anyway. StubHub then charges my 2 $144 because of their bs policy to screw people over.

Listed the wrong tickets and immediately called to cancel. Charged me over $400 to remedy even though I see that the replacement tickets are cheaper than what I posted.

I bought three cards for a concert of Tom Gabel at 23.12. . The normal price is 52, 54 Euro. You debit 8052,47 Euro plus 140,92 Euro for Currency conversion. I want my money now back, which I paid too much

I had the absolute worst experience from the very beginning. First I was skeptical with it took 2 days to get tickets that were fraud.

Im at the event with my young family and cant retrieve my tickets ...unbelievable!! It was cold customer service reps are very hard to understand and couldnt help me..This was so bad CEO Eric H. Baker needs to know about this. I almost had a heart attack.

I do not want a voucher because i will never purchase using Stubhub ever again..

I need to talk to someone who I can understand and who can understand me...

my family deserves a credit for at least twice the amount paid. I ended up paying twice the amount in the cold so that we can watch the event..

I need a call back or I will flood social media about my experience

Completely Stolen Money

On May 15, 2023, I purchased tickets from StubHub for $158.51 via PayPal for "Celebrating David Bowie - Live in Concert (feat. Peter Murphy & more)", which was scheduled for Monday Oct 16, 2023.

The show was cancelled and StubHub denied my refund.

I filed a complaint with PayPal, which was denied on 11/4/23 BECAUSE StubHub told them that it wasn't cancelled, even though I have an email from them confirming it.

StubHub then stated in chat, on the phone, and email that I would receive a FULL REFUND within 3-4 weeks. But they NEVER have refunded me and EVERY TIME I call they tell me that they'll refund me in 3-4 weeks.

I'll NEVER use PAYPAL and NEVER purchase tickets using Stubhub!
